About Dr. Sau
Dr. David Sau originally grew up on Long Island, NY. He received a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, and a Master's in Biomedical Sciences from Tufts University. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sau completed a pediatric dental residency at Cohen Children's Medical Center in NY.
Dr. Sau chose to pursue pediatric dentistry because of his desire to help children and promote a positive experience from an early age. In addition, he has participated, and continues to take part, in several mission trips to provide dental care to underserved regions, including West Virginia and Tennessee. Dr. Sau is excited to return to Pittsburgh and serve the Western PA region.
Dr. Sau is an avid table tennis player and used to compete in a collegian level. In his free time, Dr. Sau enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.
